You can meet these fabulous dogs at the Orange Petco, Santa Ana Petsmart, Petco in Riverside, and the Rancho Cucamonga Petco. Adoption dates vary from Saturday to Sunday, and set times are 10am to 2:30pm. Please see the adoption calendar on www.huskycamp.com for exact weekend adoption dates, and for store information. Remember only dogs from "HuskyCamp.com" are able to attend this event. Please be sure to go to www.huskycamp.com to fill out their online application and let them know who you are interested in meeting. Husky Camp will need to know ahead of time to be sure that particular dog will attend the event. Filling out an online application by no means ensures this dog will be reserved as it is first come with the best home for each dog. Do arrive at the opening of the event if you plan on attending and are interested in a particular dog. Should you decide to come to the event and have another canine at this time please bring along your dog as well. We believe all family members should have a say in which new friend to adopt. All other rescue dogs and dogs in foster care posted will need to make seperate appointments for the interested family and that canine. Snow Dog Rescue, Long Beach Husky Rescue, San Diego Huskies, LA Husky Rescue ect. will need to talk with their applicants one on one to set a good time for both parties to meet the canine they are wishing to adopt. These rescues do not offer adoption events. See links page for contact information on how to meet the Husky or Malamute you've been eyeing. Coming to the adoption events gives you an opportunity to spend time with each available dog. You can play with them, take them for a walk, and get to know each personality which will help you in deciding which dog is the right dog for your family. *Please note all of these dogs shown on this page came from a rescue, the shelter or owner turn in's for various reasons. Even the most beautiful, kind and loving animals have been a product of neglnect or simply careless owners. Please remember to spay and neuter your pets to not add to the ever growing population. So many animals are put down daily as there are not enough homes to care for them and not enough rescues or foster homes to save them. Spaying and Neutering your pet will help decrease the numbers in the shelter and yes, you may only be one person but what if we got 1,000 individuals. One person makes a HUGE difference! Please look to rescue and the shelter to adopt your next pet and please consider adopting an adult or youngster. So many amazing animals are out there and just waiting for love and a forever home. With so many wonderful dogs available you are sure to find yourself the perfect family companion. They're out there needing you today!* |
